Terms and Conditions:-
By using ‘www.southseastrading.co.uk' website and making any purchases you are bound to South Seas Trading Company Limited terms and conditions. If you do not want to be bound to these terms and conditions you may not use this website.

Sales:-
By using our website checkout or making payments by telephone, by cheque or by cash you are bound to our terms and conditions.
Your Right to cancel your order:-
Before receiving goods or before goods have been dispatched you may cancel an order. If you need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible as we process orders quickly. Goods that have been dispatched will be subject to delivery, return and administration charges.
Receiving your goods:-
After receiving your goods we ask you to inspect them in the presence of the delivery personnel and sign to say that they are satisfactory. In the event that goods are damaged when delivered South Seas Trading Co.Ltd. take responsibility to replace / repair your goods.
Returns:-
If goods are found to be damaged at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will take the goods back. You will then be contacted by South Seas Trading Company Ltd.to discuss your options. If goods are satisfactory at the time of delivery but you have changed your mind, or if you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your goods you may return them to us but you will be subject to the full amount of delivery and administration costs for the outbound and inbound delivery. Arrangements for returning goods must be made with South Seas Trading . If goods 'develop' defects we will take reasonable steps to rectify problems.Exceptions are listed below:-
Accidental Damage after delivery including damage from pets.
Inappropriate use of goods.
Water damage / spillages.
Variations in colour.
Exposure to extreme temperature / humidity changes.
Surface cracks to distressed / recycled products.
Refusal to sell:-
South Seas Trading Company Limited reserve the right to refuse any sales on grounds of incorrect product information, pricing or inability to acquire goods for any reason.
Prices:-
All prices are inclusive of tax and are subject to change.
Product descriptions:-
We describe our products as accuratley as possible but please be aware that colours will not always be identical even if ordering products from the same range. With products described as ‘distressed' or ‘recycled' colour differences can be more obvious and there may also be surface cracks owing to the desired distressed or recycled effect.
Delivery:-
South Seas Trading Company Limited reserve the right to use third party delivery companies in situations where we are not able to provide the service ourselves. We aim to deliver products within 10 - 21 days but this may not always be possible. Individual product pages are updated with relevant delivery periods whenever possible. In the event of a product becoming unavailable (temporarily or permanently) after ordering we will contact you to offer a refund or a revised delivery date. Please refer to our delivery pages for more information.
Small items - small tables / bedside cabinets / HIFI units / TV or plasma units and any other small items - will be delivered by driver only national or local carrier as appropriate, and may not include a unpacking service, if you require any futher information on delivery please call before ordering.
Assembly :-
For North East Area deliveries (to post code areas DH / DL/ HG/ NE/ SR /TS / YO) full assembly can be provided by our own staff' for all items of furniture.
For national deliveries outside the North East Area we employ specialist delivery companies who provide two person teams to deliver your new furniture to the room of your choice, unpack and carry out basic assembly if required. Please note that basic assembly does not include assembly of wardrobes and beds, these items are deliverd 'flat pack' and need to be assembled by the customer.
