Returns Policy

South Seas Trading Companys returns arrangements please our policy below

Returns:-
If an item of furniture is found to be damaged at the time of delivery the delivery driver will take the item back, you will then be contacted by South Seas Trading Company to discuss your options.
If goods are satisfactory at the time of delivery but you have changed your mind, or if you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your goods you may return them to us but you will be subject to the full cost of delivery and administation charges for the outbound and inbound deliveries and arrangements.  Arrangements for returning goods must be made with South Seas Trading.

If your goods develop defects we will take all reasonable steps to rectify problems. Exceptions are listed below:-
Accidental Damage after delivery including damage from pets.
Inappropriate use of goods.
Water damage / spillages.
Variations in colour.
Exposure to extreme temperature / humidity changes.
Surface cracks to distressed / recycled products.
