DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS:- nationwide oak furniture delivery, north east oak furniture delivery, newcastle, middlesbrough, cleveland, durham, stockton, york, leeds, yarm, hartlepool, gateshead, teesside,
The period between ordering and delivery will normally be 10 to 21 days and we will endeavour to keep this period to a minimum.
Customers will be contacted by our sales office to arrange a delivery time and date as soon as orders are ready for delivery.
In situations where there are access difficulties professional technicians can be made available for any associated work that may be required subject to location and agreed costs.
The customer must be available at the delivery address to accept and check the furniture being delivered and sign a receipt to confirm the items have been delivered and are in good condition.
In the event of a damaged item being delivered this will be taken back by the delivery team and a replacement provided.
It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any vehicle access restrictions or problems or any premises access restrictions or problems at the time of placing an order - (where extended delivery time is involved or additional equipment is required extra delivery charges may apply).
DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS - SMALL / INDIVIDUAL ITEMS
Small items - small tables / bedside cabinets / HIFI units / TV or plasma units and any other small items - will be delivered by driver only national or local carrier as appropriate, and may not include a unpacking service, if you require any futher information on delivery please call before ordering.
SMALL / INDIVIDUAL ITMES WILL BE CHARGED AT THE STANDARD NORTH EAST OR NATIONAL RATES AS LISTED BELOW.
Kauri - kauri products - all bespoke products can be delivered and installed by South Seas Trading staff.

In the North East Area our own staff can deliver to the room of your choice, fully assemble your new furniture and remove all packaging.
We are especially flexible with north east deliveries - i.e. evenings or weekends if required. Please call to discuss if you require this service.
North east delivery charge is a flat rate of £32.50p (for packages or single items) for postcodes DH, DL, HG, NE,SR,TS,YO only.
(York, middlesbrough, yarm, stockton, newcastle, cleveland, teesside, sunderland, tyne and wear, darlington, durham hartlepool, gateshead, redcar, whitby, east cleveland, peterlee, ingleby barwick)
DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS - OUTSIDE THE NORTH EAST ENGLAND AREA
For mainland UK deliveries outside the North East area we employ specialist delivery companies who provide two person teams to deliver your new furniture to the room of your choice, unpack and carry out basic assembly if required. Please note that basic assembly does not include assembly of wardrobes and beds, these items are deliverd 'flat pack' and need to be assembled by the customer
Time slots of 8am to 1pm or 12noon to 6pm can usually be provided for mainland UK deliveries outside the north east area.
Mainland UK delivery charge (for deliveries outside the north east area) is a flat rate of £52.50p (for packages or single items)
